The St. Andrew Society has been going strong in Rio de Janeiro since 1906.  It organizes each year what is probably the most eagerly anticipated event in the community calendar: The Caledonian Ball at the Copacabana Palace Hotel.

There is no need to be Scottish in order to join the Society.  Membership entitles the members to receive updated communications, the Umbrella and first choice to attend the Society’s events at special prices.
